Is it better to be a barrister or a solicitor in criminal cases?
Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. A barrister is experienced, and the fee will be more expensive. The case may be more critical and suitable for complex cases. Small lawyers have relatively little experience and relatively low fees. If the case is not particularly complicated, it is recommended to find a reliable little lawyer, mainly depending on your case. In some cases, there is no need to find a barrister at all.
