Article 146: In order to ascertain the facts of the case and it is necessary to solve specialized problems in the case, a qualified person shall be hired. Personnel with specialized knowledge shall carry out the appraisal.
Article 147 After the appraisal is completed, the appraiser shall write down the appraisal opinion and sign it. If an appraiser intentionally makes a false appraisal, he shall bear legal liability.
Article 148 If there is any objection to the appraisal opinion, the investigation agency shall inform the criminal suspect or victim of the appraisal opinion used as evidence. If the criminal suspect or victim applies, supplementary identification or re-identification can be made.
