The suspect Zhang Lianyou, nicknamed "Siping", was born in/kloc-0 on February 26th, 968. He has been criminally detained by Zhangjiakou Public Security Bureau for being suspected of a number of criminal offences.
Zhang Lianyou, male, from Zhuolu County, party member, bachelor degree. He used to be a member of the party group, deputy director and second-level researcher of the Bureau of Ecology and Environment. Later, he was arrested for the crime of stirring up trouble and sentenced to five years in prison.
