What is the relationship between owing online loans and the Justice Bureau?

Owning online loans has nothing to do with the Justice Bureau.

1. The Bureau of Justice generally does not accept the handling of online loans, and it is recommended to verify the identity of the other party.

2. Handle the loan application in time. Of course, you can not repay unreasonable interest, and you can further contact and communicate.

Regardless of civil litigation, the judicial bureau will not directly manage the loan unless the court issues a summons to you.

The Bureau of Justice is the judicial administrative organ, responsible for community correction, law popularization, lawyer defense, notarization and arbitration within its jurisdiction. Our lawyers are under the jurisdiction of the Justice Bureau.

Therefore, because of the online loan dispute, there is no need to go to the Justice Bureau. The function of the Judicial Bureau has nothing to do with overdue online loans. If it is a civil dispute, the case will be tried in court. Anyone suspected of fraud or criminal offence shall be investigated by the public security organ. Never need to go to the justice department.
