A:

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the management of the practice activities of personnel from other provinces and cities in Beijing Law Firm.

Article 2 The term "persons from other provinces and cities" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to persons who have obtained the qualification of lawyers but whose household registration is not within the jurisdiction of Beijing and want to apply for full-time practice in Beijing.

Article 3 These Provisions shall apply to all personnel from other provinces and cities who practice in law firms affiliated to Beijing.

Article 4 To apply for full-time practice in Beijing, a lawyer working in other provinces and cities shall meet the following conditions:

(a) with a bachelor's degree or above or intermediate technical title (with professional qualifications is preferred);

(two) in other provinces and cities law firms full-time practice for more than three years, part-time practice for more than five years, during the practice has not been subject to administrative sanctions or criminal punishment;

(3) The law firm to be transferred to Beijing has passed the preliminary examination, and the law firm agrees to accept it.

Article 5 A person who meets the requirements as prescribed in Article 4 shall submit the following materials to a law firm when applying for practicing in Beijing, and the district/county judicial bureau or law firm shall report to the Legal Management Office of the Municipal Judicial Bureau for review:

(a) the lawyer's practice registration form;

(2) Registration form of lawyer's personal basic information;

(three) the original and photocopy of the lawyer qualification certificate or professional and technical title certificate;

(four) the original and photocopy of the academic certificate;

(five) the resignation certificate of the unit, the filing certificate issued by the talent exchange center notarized by the notary department, and the certificate of whether it has been subjected to administrative punishment or criminal punishment;

(six) the original file of the applicant's lawyer and the practice certificate, practice period and practice performance certificate of the provincial and municipal judicial departments (bureaus);

(seven) the acceptance certificate of the law firm to be transferred;

(8) Employment agreement;

(9) The original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card and temporary residence permit;

(10) Recent two-inch bareheaded photos.

Article 6 To apply for full-time practice in Beijing, people from other provinces and cities who have no practice experience after obtaining the qualification of lawyer shall meet the following conditions:

(a) with a bachelor's degree or above or intermediate technical titles;

(2) Having obtained the qualification as a lawyer for less than three years and passed the examination for more than three years;

(3) After the internship expires, the law firm to be transferred to Beijing agrees to accept it.

Article 7 To apply for practicing in Beijing, a person who meets the requirements of Article 6 shall submit the following materials to a law firm, which shall be submitted to the Legislative Affairs Office of the Municipal Bureau for review by the district and county judicial bureaus or law firms.

(a) the lawyer's practice registration form;

(2) Registration form of lawyer's personal basic information;

(3) A copy of the original lawyer qualification certificate or professional and technical title certificate;

(four) the original and photocopy of the academic certificate;

(five) the resignation certificate of the unit, the filing certificate issued by the talent exchange center notarized by the notary department, and the certificate of whether it has been subjected to administrative punishment or criminal punishment;

(six) the provincial and municipal judicial department (bureau) issued a certificate of not practicing in this area and transferred its lawyer qualification file to our city;

(seven) the internship summary;

(8) Practice appraisal;

(9) Employment agreement;

(ten) the original and photocopy of the applicant's identity card and temporary residence permit;

(eleven) a recent two-inch bareheaded photo.

Article 8 When practicing in Beijing, people from other provinces and cities must abide by laws, regulations, rules and various administrative regulations of our bureau, enjoy rights and assume obligations according to law.

Article 9 When practicing in Beijing, people from other provinces and cities must provide a letter of guarantee that they are engaged in full-time lawyer business and are not allowed to engage in a second occupation.

Tenth people from other provinces and cities to apply to become partners, in addition to meeting the conditions stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Partnership Law Firms, they should also practice in the same law firm in this city for more than one year.

Article 11 Law firms that receive personnel from other provinces and cities should strengthen the management of their practice activities, and submit corresponding written materials to the audit department during the audit, explaining the professional ethics, practice discipline education, business training, practice time and task restrictions in Beijing, and life placement of personnel from other provinces and cities.

Article 12 A law firm shall, according to the actual situation, stipulate the tasks that personnel from other provinces and cities must complete each year when practicing in Beijing, and the judicial administrative organ shall regularly check the business development.

Thirteenth these Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
