(3) The Second Division of Criminal Trial
To hear criminal cases of second instance (appeal cases and protest cases) under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court; Designate lower people's courts to hear cases with unclear jurisdiction; To guide the criminal trial work of the people's courts at lower levels and the trial work of juvenile crimes; Put forward relevant judicial suggestions and handle other matters related to trial work.

Trial of marriage, family, personal rights, real estate and related first-instance contract disputes and related foreign-related cases involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; Put forward relevant judicial suggestions; Handle other matters related to the trial work.

Trial of first and second instance contracts, securities, bills disputes, infringement disputes and related foreign-related cases involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; Put forward relevant judicial suggestions; Handle other matters related to the trial work.

To hear intellectual property cases of first instance and related foreign-related cases involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; Put forward relevant judicial suggestions and handle other matters related to trial work.
(7) the fourth court of civil trial
To hear disputes over marriage, family, personal rights, real estate and related contracts and cases involving foreign affairs, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of second instance; Put forward relevant judicial suggestions; To guide the work of the people's courts; Handle other matters related to the trial work.
(8) Administrative Tribunal (Compensation Commission Office)
Trial of administrative cases of first and second instance; To hear administrative trial supervision cases that refuse to accept the effective judgment of the lower people's court; Examining cases where administrative organs apply for compulsory execution; Handling administrative compensation cases; Put forward relevant judicial suggestions; Handle other matters related to the trial work.
The office of the Compensation Commission shall handle the state compensation cases accepted by the Compensation Commission according to law; To implement the matters decided by the Compensation Commission; Review and handle claims and appeals.

To hear all kinds of retrial cases that refuse to accept the effective judgment of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court; To hear retrial cases against the effective criminal and civil judgments of lower people's courts; To hear retrial cases protested by the Municipal People's Procuratorate; Review and adjudicate cases of commutation and parole, and put forward relevant judicial suggestions; Handle other matters related to the trial work.
X. Executive Board
Unified management of the whole city; To lead and coordinate the work of the executive court, the executive board and the executive supervision office; Approve and issue documents authorized by the President; Handle other related matters.

Responsible for the implementation of objections, additional changes to the subject, distribution of objections, arbitration, non-implementation of notarization documents review; Responsible for the review of reconsideration cases in which the parties refuse to accept the civil ruling of the grass-roots courts; Handling the promotion and designation of execution according to law, and the applicant's application for changing the execution court; Handle other related matters.
(12) Executive Office
To undertake civil, administrative and criminal incidental civil judgments concluded by our court of first instance, as well as civil and commercial arbitration, entrustment, promotion and designation of cases and arbitration property preservation; Handle matters related to the implementation of the transfer evaluation and auction of the target; Receiving and assisting the execution of foreign courts; Handle other related matters.
(XIII) Executive Supervision Office
Hearing opposition cases; Supervise the implementation of the city's courts, review and correct illegal or improper implementation; Receiving, examining and handling letters and visits from the municipal two-level courts involving execution; Responsible for business training and seeking answers; Handle border control, provincial execution and entrusted execution examination and approval; Responsible for information input and network management of objection cases; Responsible for the research, summing up experience, publicity, meeting arrangement and secretarial work of the Executive Committee; Handle other related matters.
