Brief introduction to Shengyuan

Xiang Shengyuan is from Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. 1991July1kloc-0/,was sentenced to one year and eight months' imprisonment by the people's court of Shaoxing county, Zhejiang province for committing theft. 20 12 was detained in criminal detention on February 23rd, and was arrested on October 5th for intentional homicide. On May 13, Jiaxing People's Procuratorate accused Xiang Shengyuan of intentional homicide and filed a public prosecution with Jiaxing Intermediate People's Court. In the course of litigation, the plaintiff of incidental civil action filed an incidental civil action. Our college formed a collegial panel according to law and heard the case in public on May 22nd, 20th13rd.
