Professor Zhao Changqing, male, 1934/kloc-0 was born in Fuling District of Chongqing on October 29th, and 1960 graduated from the Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree. During the Cultural Revolution, he worked as a criminal judge in Sichuan Higher People's Court for 6 years. Since 1977, he has been engaged in the teaching and scientific research of criminal law, and once served as the director, professor of criminal law and academic leader of the drug crime and countermeasures research center of Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Social part-time jobs mainly include: director of China Education Society, director of China Criminal Law Research Association, executive director of Chongqing Law Society, chairman of criminal law professional committee, vice chairman of Chongqing Computational Security Society, advisory member of Law Working Committee of Chongqing Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, member of expert advisory committee of Chongqing People's Procuratorate, and part-time professor of Southwest Normal University. Zhao Changqing retired in 2002.
