Driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than 80 mg/100 ml on the road is a drunk driving motor vehicle. According to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 133-1 of the Criminal Law, it is convicted and punished for dangerous driving.
A motor vehicle generally refers to a vehicle with its own power device, which can drive alone on highways and urban roads and complete the carrying task. According to the national regulations on motor vehicle safety inspection standards, motor vehicle types can be divided into the following categories:
(1) Large automobiles: refer to all kinds of automobiles with a total mass of more than 4,500 kilograms, or with a length of more than 6 meters, or with more than 20 passengers.
(2) Small cars refer to cars with a total mass of less than 4,500 kilograms (including 4,500 kilograms), a length of less than 6 meters or less than 20 passengers.
Special vehicle: refers to vehicles with special equipment and special purposes, including sweeping vehicles, instrument vehicles, postal vehicles, truck cranes, etc. Special vehicles: emergency vehicles with special purposes, including fire-fighting vehicles, ambulance vehicles, engineering vehicles, emergency vehicles, police cars, traffic accident investigation vehicles, etc.

When drinking, people are excited and will unconsciously drink too much. When alcohol reaches a certain concentration in human blood, people's ability to respond and control the outside world will decline, and their ability to deal with emergencies will also decline.
