20 1 20 14 In the early morning of June 26th, the defendant wore a mask and followed the victim Jiang to the vicinity of No.24 Dading Ship 124, Yunyang Town, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, and used le neck, verbal threats, knife threats and other means to rob him, but later left for lack of money.
2. On the morning of July 5, 2065438, around 1, the defendant wore a mask and followed the victim Bian to the second floor of Unit 2, Building 2, Xincun 10, Yunyang Town, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, and used le neck, verbal threats, knife threats and other means to rob and rob RMB 900 yuan. After the incident, the money was recovered.
The above facts are confirmed by the defendant's confession in the trial, the victim's statements by Jiang Bian, the witness's testimony, Danyang Public Security Bureau's investigation process, identification transcripts and photos, on-site inspection and search transcripts, photos of crime tools and seizure list. The Danyang People's Court held that Li Jinxing, the defendant, used violence and coercion to rob other people's property for the purpose of illegal possession, and his behavior had violated the criminal law and constituted robbery. The defendant committed two robberies, among which the robbery on the victim's side was completed and the robbery on the victim Jiang was suspended.
