Haidian Court held that the application violated the provisions of Article 183, paragraph 1, and Article 274 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Article 58 of the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC), and Article 467, paragraph 1, of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court's Provisions on Application, which stipulated that cases involving personal privacy and minors should not be heard in public, so it was rejected on the spot and put on record.
