The Legal Professional Qualification Examination is a legal professional certificate examination established by the judicial departments of the People's Republic of China and our country in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Persons who serve as judges, prosecutors, lawyers, notaries, legal advisors, arbitrators (law) and government departments engaged in review of administrative penalty decisions, administrative reconsideration, and administrative rulings must pass the legal professional qualification examination.
The content of the law examination includes five parts: theoretical law, applied law, current legal regulations, legal practice and legal professional ethics. The law examination covers 8 subjects, involving 18 legal disciplines, including civil law, criminal law, administrative law, civil procedure law, criminal procedure law, law of the three countries, theoretical law, and commercial law. The test questions are divided into objective questions and subjective questions. The objective test consists of two papers and the subjective test consists of one paper.
