(3) Those who have a bachelor's degree or above in law majors in colleges and universities, are engaged in legal research, teaching and other professional work and have senior professional titles or have equivalent professional levels, and apply for lawyer qualifications shall be subject to the judicial administration department of the State Council in accordance with regulations The conditions are reviewed and approved and the lawyer's qualification is granted.
A law firm is a practice organization for lawyers. According to the provisions of the Lawyers Law, a law firm must meet the following conditions:
(1) Have its own name, address and articles of association; (2) Have a capital of more than 100,000 yuan assets;
(3) Having a lawyer who complies with the provisions of this Law.
Lawyers Association
Lawyers Association is a social group legal person and a self-regulatory organization of lawyers. A national lawyers association shall be established, provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall establish local lawyers associations, and cities may establish local lawyers associations as needed. Lawyers must join the local bar association. A lawyer who joins a local bar association is also a member of the All-China Lawyers Association.
