5. Lawyers

(2) Having received criminal punishment, except for criminal negligence;
(3) Being dismissed from public office or The lawyer's practicing certificate has been revoked.
Article 49 stipulates that if a lawyer is subject to criminal punishment for an intentional crime, the judicial administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government shall revoke his lawyer's practicing certificate.
6. Advocates
Article 32 of the "Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that persons who have been sentenced to a penalty or deprived or restricted of personal freedom in accordance with the law shall not serve as defenders .
7. Forensic Identifiers
The National People's Congress Standing Committee's "Decision on the Management of Forensic Identifications" stipulates that those who are subject to criminal penalties for intentional crimes or neglect of duty and who are dismissed from public office shall be revoked. Registered appraisers are not allowed to engage in judicial appraisal business.
8. Notary public
Article 20 of the "Notarization Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that anyone who has any of the following circumstances shall not serve as a notary public:
(1) Having no capacity for civil conduct or having limited capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Having been criminally punished due to intentional crime or official negligence;
(3) Being dismissed from public office;
(4) The practicing certificate has been revoked.
9. Police
The "People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates: Article 26 Anyone who falls under any of the following circumstances shall not serve as a people's policeman:
(1) Those who have received criminal punishment for crimes;
(2) Those who have been dismissed from public office.
