The venerable old bishop Rosen was murdered and stabbed 74 times. The police caught Allen, a teenager with blood on his hands. Martin Will, a famous lawyer, decided to take over the case. He saw a pale and childlike Allen in the detention center. Through the conversation, he thought Allen was innocent and decided to defend him for free.

In court, Will's ex-wife and female prosecutor Rena presented a lot of evidence against Allen, but all of them were rejected by Will. In order to arouse Allen's memory, Will and the psychologist asked Allen. With the deepening and seriousness of the problem, Allen began to gradually change from docile to fierce and unreasonable.

Will finally found another boy adopted by Rosen and found that the Bishop adopted Allen to satisfy his voyeurism. When he went to the detention center to interrogate Allen, Allen suddenly looked like a different person. He called himself "Roy" and admitted that he killed Rosen and protected "Allen". After venting, "Roy" changed back to Allen and had no memory of what had just happened.

Psychologists have proved in court that Allen suffers from schizophrenia. When he is abused to extreme pain, he will become the murderer Roy, but they can't prove it. Reina pressed Allen, pointing out that Allen killed Bishop Rosen because he was abused while performing erotic performances for him. At this time, Allen jumped out of the dock and became Roy. He attacked Rena and violently strangled her with his hands, which shocked the whole court.

The judge decided to cancel the jury and sentenced Allen to stay in hospital for 30 days for observation and treatment by doctors. After the trial, Will went to see Allen, who had returned to normal. When he left, Allen asked him to apologize to Lena and asked her if her neck was hurt. After Will freely agreed, it suddenly occurred to him that Allen should have forgotten anything after being attacked. Allen, caught, looked at him and grinned. Will finally understand that Alan really doesn't exist. Since Rosen adopted Allen and brought him back to the holy hell, Allen has become Roy forever.

Captain Daniel Garfield, a naval lawyer, was appointed to take over a case to defend two marines, Dawson and Downey, who were accused of murder. He came to the crime scene to investigate and learned from Colonel Jessup, the commander of the base, that the victim San Diego had a conflict with Dawson and Downey, so he might be punished by "red team". red team refers to a kind of corporal punishment carried out by soldiers with the permission of officers. San Diego, afraid of being retaliated by Dawson and Downey, requested to transfer the base. But at this point, he was found dead in his room, and Dawson and Downey were naturally considered suspects.

When Kaffee was ready to leave, Colonel Jessup told him that he had specially ordered not to implement the "Red Regulations" against San Diego and arranged a plane for him to leave. This eager confession made Kaffee doubt Colonel Jessup. What is even more surprising is that the attitude of the boss, Major Joanne Galloway, has also changed fundamentally, and he is greatly dissatisfied with his insistence on defense. During the investigation, Caffe found a lot of evidence against Colonel Jessup: he tampered with the documents and lied that there was no plane available for delivery at that time, and he rejected Santiago's application for transfer. Caffe is a soldier with a sense of justice. He and Joanne are tit for tat. In addition to heavy resistance, he finally learned from Dawson and Downey that the order of "Red Regulations" against San Diego was issued step by step from above. But because San Diego suffered from a serious heart attack, he finally died.

With Kaffee's unremitting efforts, the military court finally tried the case. Jessup's deputy committed suicide because he perjured himself and was condemned by his conscience before the trial. The case was once complicated. However, Kaffee obtained the testimony of the ground crew, which proved that there was no such task. Under Kaffee's fierce offensive, Jessup finally pleaded guilty, was arrested and imprisoned, and Dawson and Downey were acquitted. Kraft finally won and upheld justice.

When Henry was young, he went to prison for stealing five dollars. In prison, he was treated unfairly and mentally and physically disabled. On impulse, he killed a prisoner who bullied him to eat with a spoon. Therefore, Henry was accused of first-degree murder and sentenced to death. The young lawyer found many doubts in Henry's case, which brought Henry an opportunity. The two men established a relationship of mutual trust in their conversation. In court, they exposed one shocking prison scandal after another ... this film is based on real people and facts, pointing directly at the dark side of the American judicial system, especially the reality inside the prison. Prisoners, lawyers and prison directors are the main clues of the whole story. Although it was in the 1940s, it still has a strong warning function today.

Sarah went to the bar to find her friend Sally. As a result, she danced in the recreation room behind the bar, causing a group of men to look askance and being gang-raped in public. The rest of the people clamored for help and didn't reach out. Sarah, who was physically and mentally injured, complained to the court afterwards and was defended by prosecutor Kathy. Unexpectedly, no one was willing to testify in court, and even her friend Sally shirked her responsibility. The three men involved were only sentenced to nine months in prison and released on parole. Finally, with Casey's support for justice and the assistance of the only witness with conscience present, Sarah finally imposed severe punishment on the bystanders who instigated the crime, and justice was done.
