Apply for interns to submit the following materials: (submitted to the lawyer management office of the Justice Bureau)
(a) the internship application form filled out by the applicant in quadruplicate;
(2) The internship agreement signed by the applicant and the law firm that intends to accept interns is in quadruplicate;
(3) 4 copies of the applicant's legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification certificate and academic certificate;
(four) four copies of the identity card of the intern, and four copies of the residence permit or temporary residence permit issued by the public security organ of the non-intern household registration personnel;
(5) The original 1 copy and 3 copies of the internship certificate issued by the intern's unit, or the file keeping certificate issued by the talent exchange center to prove that I can work as a lawyer full-time;
(6) The original certificate 1 copy and 3 copies issued by the public security organ where the intern applies for household registration; ;
(7) Apply for 4 one-inch recent bareheaded photos of interns and 2-inch recent bareheaded photos 1 photo.
If a person who intends to engage in the lawyer profession part-time applies for internship, in addition to the relevant materials specified in the preceding paragraph, he shall also submit the certification materials issued by the law department and law research unit of the university where he works.
