The crime of a lawyer posing as an authorized agent and submitting false information to the judicial authorities

If a lawyer pretends to be an agent and submits false information to the judicial authorities, the circumstances are serious and the defender or litigation agent is suspected of forging evidence and shall be held criminally responsible.
