The Beijing Lawyers Association said that according to the Rules on Disciplinary Actions of Members of the Beijing Lawyers Association, if a member refuses to accept the disciplinary decision, he can submit a written application for review to the review committee within 30 working days from the day after receiving the disciplinary decision.
