Ichiro Kiyose (1884-1967), a native of Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from the Dokkyo Law Department of Kyoto Imperial University in 1908. He later studied in the United Kingdom, Germany and France, and received a doctorate in law.
Ichiro Kiyose in "Tokyo Trial" [1] has been elected to the House of Representatives 14 times since 1920. Sympathizing with Taiwan's parliamentary petition movement, he served as the introducer of parliamentary petitions 13 times, and served as a defense lawyer in the 1923 police incident. Since 1928, he has successively served as president of the Tokyo Defense Association, deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, national union of officers, and general affairs officer of the Osutsubo Charity Association. After the war, he served as the deputy head of the Japanese defense team of the Far Eastern Military Tribunal and was the chief defender of Tojo Hideki. After returning to politics, he was elected to the House of Representatives six times. He served as secretary-general of the Reform Party and Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Culture and Sports. During the "security struggle", he served as speaker of the House of Representatives and promoted the adoption of controversial provisions such as the education committee appointment system and the "security treaty." He is also known as the "corruption faction" within the Liberal Democratic Party and served as the chairman of the Discipline Inspection Committee established to rectify the political platform.
