Article 33? For juvenile criminal cases that meet the conditions for applying summary procedure, the people's procuratorate shall make suggestions to the people's court for applying summary procedure.
Article 34? The people's procuratorate may send personnel to attend the court, or assist the people's court in court education by collecting social investigation materials of juvenile defendants before the court session.
2. Article 208th of the new Criminal Procedure Law stipulates the applicable conditions for the application of summary procedure by grass-roots people's courts:
(1) The facts of the case are clear and the evidence is sufficient;
(2) The defendant admits his crime and has no objection to the alleged criminal facts;
(3) The defendant has no objection to the application of summary procedure. Three conditions are indispensable and must be met at the same time in order to apply summary procedure to the trial of criminal cases.

Before the trial, the juvenile defendant, legal representative and defender shall expressly agree to the application of summary procedure. The defendant's consent to the application of summary procedure as a legal act with procedural significance can only be made in an express way, that is, the defendant must clearly express his consent to the application.
At the same time, the revised Criminal Procedure Law stipulates that not only the defendant expressly agrees to apply the summary procedure, but also the legal representative and defender of the minor defendant should agree to apply the summary procedure before the court can apply the summary procedure.
