According to legal examination, it was found that on May/day, 2065438, the victim Liu Fei went to Ford 4S shop in Beibei District to look after the car and paid a deposit of 1 000 yuan. On June 28th, Zou Zhou, an employee of Beibei Ford 4S Store, and the defendant in this case told Liu Fei that they could pick up the car at Xinbaifang Ford 4S Store in Yubei District due to the shortage of cars in Beibei Store. On the morning of June 29th, the defendant Zou Zhou took Liu Fei to the Ford 4S store in Xinpaifang to pick up the car, and the procedures for car purchase and mortgage were all handled in the Ford 4S store in Xinpaifang. As the car was purchased by mortgage, Liu Fei paid a deposit of 5,000 yuan to the Ford 4S store in the new archway. Ford 4S store of the new archway promises that the deposit of 5,000 yuan can be refunded with the deposit receipt and household registration certificate if the residents visit before July 15. On the afternoon of June 29th, Zou Zhou volunteered to handle the purchase tax, road and bridge fees and vehicle registration procedures for the plaintiff, and asked the plaintiff to transfer 20,000 yuan first. Out of trust in Beibei Ford 4S Store, Liu Fei transferred RMB 20,000 to Zouzhou Alipay (183xxxxx1919) through Alipay (account number136xxxxx 5236) at 4: 43 on June 29th. Zou Zhou also gave vlon a receipt. Until July 15, Zou Zhou still failed to complete the above procedures. Liu Fei called Zou Zhou to ask, but his phone was always turned off. Liu Fei also contacted the Ford 4S store in Beibei. Beibei Ford 4S store informed Zou Zhou that she had been dismissed on July 10, and she could not be contacted at present.
