You can also query the company's internal industrial and commercial files, including the company's legal representative and person in charge, or entrust your own employees to query. If entrusting an employee, the company needs to issue a letter of introduction/power of attorney and a copy of the company's business license for enquiry.
If people from other companies want to check the company's approval number, they also need to obtain industrial and commercial files to view it. If litigation is involved, you can apply to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for inquiry with the filing certificate and power of attorney.
If you entrust a lawyer to inquire, you generally need to file a certificate, but some industrial and commercial bureaus have exceptions. For example, at the Tianjin Industrial and Commercial Bureau, our lawyers once went there to check the company's industrial and commercial files, and only provided a lawyer's certificate and a letter of introduction.
There is another way. If you apply to the court for investigation and evidence collection during the litigation process, the court will decide whether to allow it.
