1. After receiving the indictment or the application for execution, the people's court of first instance shall file a case within 7 days if it finds that it meets the acceptance conditions after examination;
2. After receiving private prosecution or oral notification, if it is found that it meets the acceptance conditions of private prosecution cases, it shall be filed within 15 days;

4. The people's court of second instance shall file a case within 5 days after receiving the appeal materials and files transferred by the people's court of first instance.
How to submit an indictment to the court?
When submitting the indictment to the court, you need to bring your ID card, civil indictment, original or photocopy of evidence related to the lawsuit, etc. And submit the complaint to the filing court of the court with jurisdiction.
