According to Article 8 of the Lawyers Law, those who support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and meet the following conditions may apply for a lawyer's practice certificate: (1) to obtain a lawyer's qualification; (2) Having worked as an intern in a law firm for one year; (3) Good conduct. To be sure, it is impossible to apply for a lawyer's practice license with this lawyer's qualification certificate alone. To obtain and apply for a lawyer's practice certificate in accordance with Article 10 of the Lawyers Law, the following documents shall be submitted: (1) an application; (2) Lawyer's qualification certificate; (three) the internship appraisal materials issued by the law firm where the applicant is located; (4) A copy of the applicant's identity certificate. Article 11 An applicant who applies for a lawyer's practice certificate shall be issued a lawyer's practice certificate within 30 days from the date of receiving the application, if it meets the requirements stipulated in this Law upon examination by the judicial administrative department of the people's government at or above the provincial, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government; Those who do not meet the requirements stipulated in this law shall not be issued with a lawyer's practice certificate, and shall notify the applicant in writing within 30 days from the date of receiving the application.
