Legal analysis: it needs the seal of the law firm and the signature of the lawyer. A lawyer's letter refers to a professional legal document made and issued by a lawyer to disclose and evaluate relevant facts or legal issues, and then make a request to achieve a certain effect. A lawyer uses a lawyer's letter to make a legal evaluation and risk assessment of a fact, with the purpose of informing the client of the legal facts with the legal scale and the lawyer's judgment, so that the client can get his own "legal evaluation", that is, "conveying the law to express his own meaning". Its essence is a legal act of entrusting an agent to express his will, which plays an important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. Lawyer's letter can generally be divided into three parts: head, body and tail.
Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Lawyers' Practice Article 31 When a lawyer acts as a defender, he shall, according to facts and laws, put forward materials and opinions on whether the criminal suspect or defendant is innocent, the crime is light, or his criminal responsibility is reduced or exempted, so as to safeguard the litigation rights and other legitimate rights and interests of the criminal suspect or defendant. If a lawyer acts as a defender, his law firm shall submit an acceptance letter to the case-handling organ within three days after accepting the entrustment, informing the entrusted matters, lawyers and contact information.
