The obligations of lawyers are as follows:
1, providing legal advice to the client;
2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
3. To represent the parties in litigation activities;
4. Maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the parties within the entrusted authority, and safeguard the litigation rights and other legitimate rights and interests of criminal suspects and defendants.
The duties of lawyers are as follows:
1, keep state secrets and business secrets, and do not disclose the privacy of the parties;
2. Do not refuse to represent the defense without justifiable reasons;
3. The agency of both parties shall not be implemented;
4. Do not collect agency fees and other fees without permission;
5. Do not collude with others to harm the interests of the agent;
6. Do not meet with judges, prosecutors and other parties in violation of regulations.

As legal advisers, lawyers should provide advice to clients on relevant legal issues, draft and review legal documents, participate in litigation, mediation or arbitration activities as agents, handle other legal affairs entrusted by clients, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of clients.
Article 27
If a lawyer acts as an agent for litigation legal affairs or an agent for non-litigation legal affairs, he shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the client within the scope of authorization.
Article 28
When a lawyer acts as a criminal defender, he shall, according to facts and laws, put forward materials and opinions to prove that the criminal suspect or defendant is innocent, the crime is light, or his criminal responsibility is reduced or exempted, so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the criminal suspect or defendant.
