Should the Probate Court's decision be left to a lawyer?

The probate court's ruling must be given to the parties, and the lawyer has legal documents to collect.

The judgment must be served on the parties. If there are legal documents to be collected within the lawyer's agency authority, the court may hand them over to the lawyer for collection, or may hand them over to the client himself or his adult relatives living with him and the agent confirmed during the litigation. If the mailing address confirmed in the lawsuit is incorrect or the mail is returned as undeliverable, it will be deemed to have been served. If it is not because the confirmed address is wrong but because the principal cannot be contacted, it can also be delivered by announcement.

The judgment shall be delivered to the People's Procuratorate, the parties and their legal representatives, defenders, and agents ad litem, and may also be delivered to the defendant's close relatives. After the judgment takes effect, it shall also be delivered to the defendant's unit or the public security police station of the original place of residence, or the registration authority of the defendant's unit.
