The subjective questions and scores of the French exam are as follows:

Fractional distribution:

Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law, each paper contains 100 objective questions with a score of 150, including 50 single-choice questions, each with a score of 1 point, and 50 multiple-choice questions.

Examination subjects:

1, Jurisprudence: The main contents are the history of law, the research objects and methods of law, the social role of law, the normative role of law, the limitations of legal role and other knowledge points.

2. Constitution: The main contents are the country's basic political system, the country's basic economic and cultural system, citizens' basic rights and obligations, state organization, constitutional guarantees and other provisions.

3. Criminal Law: The main contents are the concept, nature, basis and task of criminal law, the interpretation of criminal law, the basic principles of criminal law, the concept of crime, the basic contents of the four elements of crime constitution, the characteristics of the form of intentional crime cessation, the proper behavior in criminal law, the number of crimes, the concept, function and purpose of punishment, the system and types of punishment, and the penalty discretion system.

4. Criminal Procedure Law: The main contents include tasks and basic principles, jurisdiction, withdrawal, defense and agency, evidence, etc.

5. Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law: The main contents are an overview of administrative law, administrative organizations and civil servants, abstract administrative acts, an overview of specific administrative acts, administrative licensing and administrative penalties.

National unified legal professional qualification examination:

The National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (hereinafter referred to as the "Law Examination") was established by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the Judges Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Public Prosecutors Law of the People's Republic of China, the Lawyers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.

The predecessor of the Law Examination is the National Judicial Examination (hereinafter referred to as the Judicial Examination). The examination contents include the current legal provisions, legal professional ethics, etc. Judges, prosecutors, lawyers, notaries, legal advisers, arbitrators (legal affairs) and government departments engaged in administrative punishment decision review, administrative reconsideration and administrative adjudication must pass the legal professional qualification examination. Since the reform of law examination, the annual pass rate has remained at 10% to 15%.
