The fees charged by law firms for providing other legal services shall be subject to market-regulated prices.
Article 7 The government-guided price of lawyers' service charges in this Municipality shall be formulated by the municipal price department in conjunction with the municipal judicial administrative department, and the specific charging standards shall be released separately.
Article 8 The government-guided price of lawyers' service fees shall be set according to the principle of compensating the average social cost of lawyers' service plus reasonable profits and statutory taxes and fees, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the lawyer industry and taking into account the social affordability.
Article 9 The fees for lawyer services subject to market-regulated prices shall be determined by the law firm through consultation with the clients.
The following main factors shall be considered when a law firm negotiates the fees for lawyer services with its clients:

(4) Risks and responsibilities that lawyers may bear;
(five) the social reputation of the law firm and the professional title and working level of lawyers.
