When can the criminal detention lawyer meet?

If a person who has been detained in criminal detention for five days has hired a lawyer, according to the revised Lawyers Law, the lawyer can meet the person who has been detained in criminal detention. Article 33 of the Lawyers Law: From the day when the criminal suspect is interrogated for the first time by the investigation organ or compulsory measures are taken, the entrusted lawyer has the right to meet the criminal suspect and defendant with the lawyer's practice certificate, law firm certificate, power of attorney or legal aid letter to learn about the relevant situation. Lawyers are not monitored when they meet criminal suspects and defendants. Family members didn't get a detention permit? I don't think so, because after the public security organs take compulsory measures, according to Article 64 of the Criminal Procedure Law, when detaining a person, they must produce a detention permit.

After detention, the family members of the detainee or their units shall be informed of the reasons and places of detention within 24 hours, except in cases where the investigation is hindered or notification cannot be made.
