Go to the Criminal Police Team to complete the interrogation transcript. Is there anything else?

Whether it is okay to go to the criminal police team to complete the interrogation transcript depends on the seriousness of the alleged problem. After the police take notes, if the issue the note-taker is involved in is not that serious, they go home.

Seven elements of the transcript:

1. The procedure is legal. The time and place must be legal;

2. The content must be complete. The five elements are complete and the center is clear;

3. The expression is accurate and in place;

4. The record should be objective;

5. Pay attention to the relevance of the transcript ;

6. The transcript structure must be reasonable;

7. Use appropriate language.

Transcripts are divided into the following two types:

1. Interrogation transcripts, which are directed at witnesses or victims;

2. Interrogation transcripts, which are directed at criminal suspects ; the key is what your identity is. If you are a criminal suspect, when the procuratorate interrogates you for the first time, it must show you the case filing decision and the summons notice, and inform you of the rights and obligations of the criminal suspect. Interrogators must also show their work ID. If you are a witness, the procuratorate will also need to show you your work permit, inform you of the rights and obligations of the witness, and a notice of inquiry. If you are a criminal suspect, you may be subject to criminal detention. If you are a witness, it does not exist.

Legal basis:

Article 124 of the "Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China"

When questioning a witness at the witness's unit, residence or place proposed by the witness, a certificate from the People's Procuratorate or the public security organ must be produced.

In principle, witnesses should be questioned individually.
