In the process of handling the case, he has never done anything to obstruct judicial justice by improper means; Do not forge evidence or seduce or threaten clients or witnesses to provide false evidence, and do not deliver letters, property or materials and information related to the case to relatives of criminal suspects or defendants in violation of regulations; Actively unite with peers and help each other, and don't do anything to discredit peers; There is no act of engaging in business competition by improper means such as derogating, slandering or lowering the charging standard; Strictly follow the business operation rules, and there is no behavior that damages the legitimate rights and interests of the state society and the parties; In the relationship with judges, prosecutors, arbitrators or other staff, there is no meeting outside the workplace, no inviting guests to give gifts, instructing the parties to give gifts or paying bribes, and no asking for property from the parties under the guise of others; Did not engage in illegal and contrary to lawyers' professional ethics and civic ethics, and damaged lawyers' professional image. Not subject to administrative punishment or industrial punishment by administrative organs or regulatory authorities.

In the past year, although I did not represent legal aid cases, I actively participated in public welfare activities such as legal publicity, voluntary donation and legal help. At the same time, it also actively participates in social services and public welfare activities, and actively provides free legal consulting services for vulnerable groups such as migrant workers, laid-off workers and widowed elderly people. And it has played a very good role in mediation for many parties who want to file divorce proceedings. Active mediation not only reduces the litigation burden of the parties, but also properly resolves social contradictions, promotes the reconciliation of the parties and is conducive to social harmony.
20xx is my 27th year as a full-time lawyer. * * * undertook litigation cases 18, 34 legal consultation and agency documents, and 3 legal consultation units, including 3 criminal cases. Major sensitive and group cases were not handled. Among them, 8 litigation cases have been closed and put on file, and the remaining 10 cases are still under trial. After handling various cases, my professional quality has been greatly improved. In the past year, I actively participated in business study and training, and strived to improve my business skills and better serve customers. In business study, I can actively participate in various lectures and online training organized by provincial and municipal lawyers associations, insist on attending lectures, and complete class hours online. Especially for the upcoming Civil Code, I bought a lot of relevant cheats, and tried to keep pace with the times and enrich my theoretical knowledge. Through various forms of study, I have enriched my knowledge in all aspects.
