Rules for going out during residential surveillance.

Legal subjectivity:

1. Regulations that persons under residential surveillance should abide by during the period of residential surveillance (which shall not hinder the smooth progress of the proceedings) (1) No one may leave the residential surveillance without the approval of the enforcement agency (2) Without the approval of the enforcement agency, you are not allowed to meet or communicate with others; (Other people here refer to people who live with the residents under surveillance except family members and defense lawyers. Article 77

Criminal suspects and defendants under residential surveillance shall comply with the following provisions:

< p>(1) Without the approval of the execution agency, you are not allowed to leave the place of residential surveillance;
