1. Civil liability: the first thing to bear in violation of confidentiality agreement is civil liability;
2. Administrative responsibility: Infringement of the business secrets of the employer may also constitute administrative responsibility;
3. Criminal responsibility: Those who infringe on the business secrets of the employer may also bear criminal responsibility.
An operator shall not commit the following acts that infringe on business secrets:
1. Obtaining the business secrets of the obligee by improper means such as theft, bribery, fraud, coercion, electronic intrusion, etc.;
2. Disclosing, using or allowing others to use the business secrets of the obligee obtained by means of the preceding paragraph;
3. Disclosing, using or allowing others to use the business secrets in their possession in violation of confidentiality obligations or the requirements of the obligee to keep business secrets;
4. Instigate, entice or help others to obtain, disclose, use or allow others to use the business secrets of the obligee in violation of the confidentiality obligation or the obligee's requirement to keep the business secrets.
If a natural person, legal person or unincorporated organization other than the operator commits the illegal acts listed in the preceding paragraph, it shall be regarded as infringement of trade secrets.

All disputes arising from this contract shall be settled by both parties through friendly and equal consultation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the people's court in the place where this contract is signed.

Operators and other natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organizations that violate the provisions of Article 9 of this Law shall be ordered by the supervision and inspection department to stop the illegal act, confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine of not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than 1 million yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of not less than 500,000 yuan but not more than 5 million yuan shall be imposed.
