The legal professional qualification certificate is a certificate holder who has passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (formerly the National Judicial Examination) , a certificate obtained in accordance with the law. According to the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the "Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination" (issued by Order No. 2004 on January 16, 2004).
