The national qualified score of the national judicial examination is 360, and the qualified score of the regions where the registration qualification is relaxed is 320, and that of Xizang Autonomous Region is relaxed to 290. In order to meet the demand for legal talents in economically underdeveloped areas and grass-roots areas, the Ministry of Justice, together with relevant departments, has formulated corresponding policies to take care of and favor ethnic autonomous areas and economically underdeveloped areas, such as relaxing the application conditions for academic qualifications, lowering the qualified scores, and using papers in minority languages. For the convenience of minority candidates, since 2003, besides Chinese, the national judicial examination papers have added the use of minority languages such as Kazakh, Uyghur, Korean and Mongolian.

Candidates who have objections to the examination results may submit a written application for score verification to the judicial administrative organ of the registration place within 15 days from the date of publication of the examination results. Candidates in Hong Kong and Macao test areas who have objections to the test results may submit a written application for score verification to the original registration institution.
