3. Contents of fire ban

(7) No capacity for civil conduct When a person or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct enters a forest or grassland, he or she must be accompanied by a guardian, who shall perform effective guardianship duties;

(8) Motor vehicles equipped with forest fire prevention devices and fire-extinguishing equipment are strictly prohibited from entering the fire-prohibited area. area;

(9) It is strictly prohibited to enter the fire area without fire inspection;

(10) It is strictly prohibited to damage or occupy forest and grassland fire prevention facilities and equipment.

Any unit or individual who violates the provisions of this ban will be severely dealt with by the relevant departments in accordance with the law. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with the law. Any unit or individual who discovers a forest or grassland fire must immediately report it to the local people's government or the forestry, public security and emergency management departments.
