To apply for a full-time lawyer's practice license
To apply for a full-time lawyer's practice license, the following materials shall be submitted:
(1) A lawyer's practice registration form in duplicate (three copies shall be kept by district and county branches).
(2) the original and photocopy of the lawyer qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate. A person who has obtained a lawyer's qualification certificate or a legal professional qualification certificate in other provinces, cities or the military shall first apply to be transferred to his lawyer's qualification file.
(3) copy of academic qualifications.
(4) A copy of the ID card. The original and photocopy of the temporary residence permit issued by the public security organ from other provinces and cities within the validity period. Military retirees should provide the original and photocopy of their military officer's card.
(5) personnel registration certificate. Provide the original and photocopy of the record certificate and personnel record contract of the talent exchange center. If the household registration is in other provinces and cities, the original and photocopy of the registration certificate of the talent exchange center where the household registration is located notarized by the notary office shall be provided. Those who have resigned or are unemployed and have applied for an employment permit should indicate their types on the page of "Employment and Unemployment (Laid-off) Registration Records". Retirees should provide the original and photocopy of retirement certificate.
(6) a certificate issued by the public security organ where the applicant is registered, and a certificate of good behavior issued by the original unit or neighborhood committee.
(7) internship appraisal opinions issued by the law firm (confirmed and sealed by the lawyer management department of the competent bureau).
(8) the original and photocopy of the employment agreement signed by the applicant and the law firm.
(9) If a person who is engaged in lawyer work in other provinces and cities or the army applies for a full-time lawyer's practice license, he shall first apply to be transferred to his lawyer's practice file.
(1) if the domicile is not in the place of application, temporary residence permit and house lease contract shall be provided.
(11) Applicants over the age of 6 should provide a medical certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level.
(12) the applicant's guarantee of the authenticity of the materials provided.
(XIII) 1 recent 2-inch bareheaded photo of the applicant.

(5) The original and photocopy of the employment agreement signed by the applicant and the law firm.
(6) the applicant's guarantee of the authenticity of the materials provided.
(7) 1 recent 2-inch bareheaded photo of the applicant.
