Article 50 If a law firm commits any of the following acts, the judicial administrative department of the people's government of a city divided into districts or a municipality directly under the Central Government shall, depending on the circumstances, give a warning, suspend business for rectification, and impose a penalty of not less than one month but not more than six months, and may be combined A fine of not more than 100,000 yuan shall be imposed; if there are any illegal gains, the illegal gains shall be confiscated; if the circumstances are particularly serious, the judicial administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government shall revoke the law firm's practicing certificate:

(1) Accepting entrustments and collecting fees in violation of regulations;

(2) Violating legal procedures to change major matters such as name, person in charge, articles of association, partnership agreement, residence, partners, etc.;

( 3) Engaging in business activities other than legal services;

(4) Soliciting business by slandering other law firms or lawyers or paying introduction fees and other improper means;

(V) ) Violating regulations to accept cases involving conflicts of interest;

(6) Refusing to perform legal aid obligations;

(7) Providing false materials to judicial administrative departments or engaging in other acts of fraud ;

(8) Neglecting to manage the lawyers of the firm, causing serious consequences. The consequences are serious.

If a law firm is punished for illegal conduct in the preceding paragraph, its person in charge shall, depending on the severity of the case, give a warning or impose a fine of not more than 20,000 yuan.
