4. Providing legal advice to criminal suspects in criminal cases, acting as an agent for complaints and accusations, applying for bail pending trial, and acting as a defender of the defendant or an agent ad litem of the private prosecutor and the victim;
5. Acting as an agent for appeals in various litigation cases.
Second, the market regulates prices.
1. In addition to the government-guided prices, the fees charged by law firms for providing other legal services are subject to market-regulated prices.
2, the implementation of market regulation of lawyer service fees, determined by the law firm and the client through consultation.
3. The law firm negotiates the lawyer service fee with the client.
Third, the charging method of lawyer service.
According to different service contents, lawyers' service fees can be charged on a case-by-case basis, in proportion to the bid amount and by time.
1, piece-rate wages are generally applicable to legal affairs that do not involve property relations;
2. Charging according to the proportion of the winning bid amount is applicable to legal affairs involving property relations;
3. Time charge is applicable to all legal affairs.
