Compensation standard: area price: 50,000 yuan/mu; Construction land: 50,000 yuan/mu; Unused land: 40,000 yuan/mu.
The second category includes Fuxin Town, Wang Fu Town, Liang Dong Town, Wuhuanchi Town, Jianshe Town, Paozi Town, Shijiazi Town, Dawujiazi Town, Yusi Town, Buddhist Temple Town and Jiumiao Town.
Paozi Farm, Imatu Town, Fuxing Town, Sala Town, Daba Town and Daguben Town.
Compensation standard: area price: 35,000 yuan/mu; Construction land: 35,000 yuan/mu; Unused land: 28,000 yuan/mu.
The three types of districts cover Xinmin Town, daban town, Ping 'andi Town, furong town, Taiping Town, Fossil Gezhen, Zidutai Town, Qijiazi Town, Bajiazi Town, Zhaoshugou Town, Spider Town, Hongmao Town, Zhalanyingzi Town, Laohetu Town, Hadahu Shaozhen, Tayingzi Town, Cangtu Township, Wofenggou Township and Guohua Township.
Compensation standard: area price: 30,000 yuan/mu; Construction land: 30,000 yuan/mu; Unused land: 24,000 yuan/mu.
The above compensation standards only include land compensation fees and resettlement subsidies, excluding the compensation fees for young crops and attachments on the land. The compensation standards for attachments and young crops on the ground shall be adjusted and promulgated by the governments of cities under the provincial jurisdiction and counties (cities) directly under the provincial jurisdiction, and shall be implemented together with the comprehensive land price of the expropriated areas.
