(A) the basic conditions for taking the exam

2. Postgraduates who graduated from full-time colleges and universities apply for positions starting with postgraduate qualifications;
3. Full-time graduates majoring in forensic medicine and clinical medicine in full-time colleges and universities apply for forensic positions.
(three) "service grass-roots project" personnel to enter oneself for an examination
"Service grass-roots project" personnel who meet the relevant policies and regulations can apply for special positions, or they can choose to apply for other qualified positions.

(four) the main situation that does not meet the conditions for entering the examination.
1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime and having been expelled from public office; Civil servants and the staff of the management unit referring to the Civil Service Law are dismissed or disqualified due to gross personal negligence, leaving without approval or being dismissed for less than 5 years, and are in the probation period; Those who cheated in the civil service recruitment examinations at all levels and were banned for life, or those who participated in the civil service examinations at all levels since 2008 and were found to have filled in false information, are still not allowed to register during the disqualification period.
2. In recent years, in the recruitment of civil servants, it is clearly stipulated in the announcement that those who give up without justifiable reasons after passing the interview qualification review are within the test ban period; Grassroots political and legal police officers recruited by the province and whose service period is not full may not register.
3. Servicemen are not allowed to register; Graduates from non-20 13 full-time colleges and universities are not allowed to register. At the same time, undergraduate or graduate students who graduated from 20 13 part-time colleges and universities may not register with their original academic qualifications.
4. Applicants shall not apply for positions listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law that should be avoided by civil servants of the employing unit.
5. Persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants or people's police in other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations, and those who do not meet the basic conditions and job qualifications for this recruitment, may not register.
