I hired a lawyer to help me with my lawsuit, but the lawyer didn't inform me when I was in court. Is it reasonable?

With the continuous development of social economy, in real life, we will encounter various problems, especially in litigation, which makes each of us very confused. I believe that when you were in a lawsuit, you should have encountered such a problem, that is, you hired a lawyer to help you with the lawsuit, but the lawyer didn't inform you when you were in a lawsuit. Is this reasonable? In fact, this is not reasonable at all, because according to the corresponding laws and regulations in China, lawyers are required to notify the parties to be present.

According to the corresponding laws of our country, the people's court shall notify the parties and other litigants to participate in the trial of civil cases three days before the opening of the court session. If the trial is held in public, the names of the parties, the case and the time and place of the hearing shall be announced. From this, we can clearly know that lawyers should inform the parties to be present. It is actually unreasonable for a lawyer not to inform his client to be present, thus violating his professional ethics.

So in our real life, when this kind of problem happens, we can protect us through legal channels, and let our lawyers know that such behavior is very bad, and as professional lawyers, we should know that these things are against laws and regulations. Furthermore, if the client is not present, the lawyer has no right to fight this lawsuit instead of the client, so in real life, we must protect ourselves and know a lot of legal knowledge. Only in this way can we protect ourselves from any harm when we go to court.

To sum up, we can clearly know that it is very unreasonable for lawyers to do so, because our laws and regulations clearly stipulate that when the court is in session, it is necessary to notify the parties to be present, and lawyers have this obligation and responsibility as the parties, so we must know these things.
