4. The legal professional qualification certificate means that the certificate holder has passed the unified legal professional qualification examination (formerly the judicial examination) and can apply for the legal profession with the qualification certificate. The "Measures for the Administration of Legal Professional Qualifications" shall apply to the acceptance, review and recognition, examination and certification, certificate issuance, service and management of legal professional qualifications.
The registration conditions for the legal qualification examination are as follows:
