Since 20 19 65438+ 10, the city has carried out the work of prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in Qingjiangpu District, Huai 'an Economic and Technological Development Zone and Eco-cultural Tourism Zone, which has achieved remarkable results and won unanimous praise from the general public. From 20 19, 10 and 1, six counties and districts, including Hongze, Xuyi, Huai 'an, Huaiyin, Lianshui and Jinhu, issued notices one after another, simultaneously prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers. The specific areas are as follows:
1. The Notice of Huai 'an Municipal People's Government on Prohibiting the Setting off of Fireworks and Firecrackers came into effect on 20 19 10.
Forbidden scope in urban areas: Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the area surrounded by Hanhou Avenue, Gaomei Road, Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, Haitian Road, An Lan Road, Xinchang Railway, Waste Yellow River and Hanhou Avenue (including the above roads and rivers) in Huai 'an City.
2. Notice of Huai 'an District People's Government on Prohibiting Fireworks and Firecrackers shall come into force on June 6, 2020.
Scope of prohibition in Huai 'an District: Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the area around Cheng 'en Avenue and its Dongyan Township Road (formerly Huaijiao Road), west of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, north of Huaihe River, east of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and east of Haitian Road (including the above roads and rivers).
3. Notice of Huaiyin District People's Government on Prohibiting Fireworks and Firecrackers will be implemented on June 5438+1October 65438+August 2020.
Prohibited scope in Huaiyin District: Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the areas around Hanhou Avenue (New 205 National Road), Xinchang Railway (including), Gao Huai Road (including), G233 (including), An Lan North Road (including) and Guhuaihe River in Huaiyin District of Huai 'an City.
4. The Notice of Hongze District People's Government on Prohibiting the Setting off of Fireworks and Firecrackers shall be implemented as of 20 1 91June1day.
Forbidden scope in Hongze District: It is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the area surrounded by Gu Yan Road (inclusive), Provincial Highway 350, Chaohu East Road, National Highway 205 (exclusive), Taihu Road (inclusive) and Provincial Highway 348, and in the boat pond of Gaoliangjian in Hongze Lake.
5. The Notice of Lianshui County People's Government on Prohibiting the Setting off of Fireworks and Firecrackers shall come into force from June 5438+1October 65438+August 2020.
Prohibited scope in Lianshui County: Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the enclosed area of Lianshui Road (including), Yanhe, Lianzhong main canal, Dagu, Guangzhou Road (including), Jincheng North Road (including), Yanhuang Avenue (including), S327 Provincial Road (including), GuHuanghe River, Huaipu South Road (including) and Zhengliangmei Avenue (including) in the northern part of the city.
6. Notice of Jinhu County People's Government on Prohibiting the Setting off of Fireworks and Firecrackers shall come into force from June 65438+1October 65438+August 2020.
Scope of prohibition in Jinhu County: Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the west of Lidong River, east of Tongtai Avenue, north of Jinbao South Line and south of Housanhe levee.
7. Notice of Xuyi County People's Government on Prohibiting the Setting off of Fireworks and Firecrackers came into effect on February 26th, 20 19.
Prohibited scope in Xuyi County: Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the enclosed area of Dongfang Avenue, Jinyuan Road, Xinhai Avenue, Shanshui Avenue, Xinyang Expressway, Huaihe River, Qingshuiba Waterway, Provincial Highway 33 1 and Second Ring Road (including the above roads and rivers).
If fireworks are set off in areas or places where fireworks are prohibited without permission, the public security organ shall, in accordance with the regulations of the State Council on the safety management of fireworks and firecrackers, order it to stop and give punishment; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
