2. Article 2 1 of the Measures for the Administration of Internship Lawyers stipulates: "Internship guidance lawyers shall perform the following duties:

(1) Educating interns on lawyers' professional ethics and practice discipline;

(two) to guide interns to learn and master the provisions on the administration of lawyer practice;

(three) to guide interns to learn and master the rules of lawyer practice;

(four) to guide interns to carry out basic skills training for lawyers;

(five) to supervise the internship performance of interns, record and evaluate them regularly, and correct them in time when problems are found;

3. According to item (4) above, the guidance lawyer shall appear in court together with the trainee lawyer to train the trainee lawyer in basic skills. So the trainee lawyer can appear in court with the master.
