That was the first case I received. The landlord rented the house to the lessee, and the lessee rented the house to the sublessor. In order to move out of the sublessor, the landlord and lessee went to court hand in hand. The first instance also ruled that the lessee returned the house, and the owner took this judgment and asked the sublessor to return the house.
We represent the sub-tenant. There are seven tenants. They rented seven stores and did seven different businesses. Some sell duck necks, some sell mala Tang and some open restaurants. I still remember the scene when a group of them came to the office to sign the entrustment contract. In other words, there are five or six women or five or six female bosses in the life of three women. I still remember being in the conference room on the 22nd floor, and I felt that the conference room was going to explode.
The first thing Ding Children's Shoes said to me at that time was "Tang Yang, this kind of case is very annoying to do, and there are more parties."
This caused my first thought, whether I should choose to be a universal lawyer or take a professional route to select clients in the future. For me now, I will choose to "live". According to our party's policy, the problem of food and clothing should be solved first, and then the problem of running towards a well-off society should be solved. You should fully trust the Party in this respect.
Later, director Cao meant to do it according to the retrial. Ding and I made seven retrial materials, and because the parties wanted to delay the time, they didn't submit the application. After two or three months, the landlord applied for compulsory execution of the lessee, and the enforcement judge prepared to sublet the house with the judgment, so we made seven enforcement objection materials and prepared to submit them to the enforcement judge.
Ding said that Tang Yang went to submit the materials to the executive judge and said that we applied for enforcement of the objection. I met the executive judge smoothly and told the judge our request. The judge's first sentence was: "There is no objection in this case. I won't accept it if you mention it. Don't you know as a lawyer? " I looked up and said with disgust, "I turned out to be a trainee lawyer, so I can forgive you." The judge sprayed me in vain.
This leads to my second thought, that is, when the judge hits you in the left face, do you strike back or choose to extend your right face?
Then I must have made money by stretching my right face, so I called Ding Children's Shoes with my right face. I told him that this judge was difficult, and Ding Shoes didn't say anything. As a result, he was also sprayed by the executive judge. We were successfully killed by the judge and had to apply for support from the rear tutor. The tutor said that he could consider contacting Ding Jingjing, who is more experienced.

At this moment, I finally felt the warmth of the judge, and the implementation problem became negotiable.
This made me think for the third time. Should I become a die-hard lawyer when the judge can't communicate? Or communicate with the judge in another way to reach an agreement. Indeed, in this case, I think the latter result is better.
In the end, we didn't apply for retrial or execution objection in this case. Through repeated communication with the parties, owners and enforcement judges, this problem has been effectively solved and an enforcement settlement has been reached. This case also made me understand that being a lawyer doesn't have to rely on litigation to solve problems.
