Article 97 of the Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by Public Security Organs (Decree No.97). Ministry of Public Security 127) If the person released on bail does not violate the relevant provisions of Articles 85 and 86 of these Provisions, or intentionally commits a crime again, or has one of the circumstances stipulated in Article 183 of these Provisions, the public security organ shall make a decision to return the deposit while lifting the bail and changing the compulsory measures, and notify the bank to return the deposit in full.
The person who has been released on bail pending trial or his legal representative may go to the bank to collect the returned deposit with the decision to return the deposit.
