Legal Analysis
As long as it is an illegal beating, if it is done intentionally, or if it is intended to harm another person's body, it will only constitute a crime if the other party is seriously injured or above after identification. Although it may not constitute a crime, it will violate the law and will be punished accordingly. Everyone has the right to body and no one may infringe upon it. If the perpetrator intentionally beats others, it violates the physical rights of others. The victim can report the case to the public security organ and request that the perpetrator be held legally responsible. At the same time, civil compensation can be claimed. If an actor bears civil liability for infringement of personality rights, such as eliminating the impact, restoring reputation, or making an apology, it should be commensurate with the specific manner of the behavior and the scope of the impact. If there is a dispute, you can seek mediation from the public security organs. If mediation fails, a lawsuit may be filed in the People's Court in accordance with the law. But do not use violent means to retaliate in order to vent your personal anger. Otherwise, if you cause harm or life danger to the other party, not only will your legitimate rights and interests not be protected, but you will eventually be punished by law.
