2. Criminals in custody undergo physical examinations. That is, checking whether prisoners have serious diseases, whether female prisoners are pregnant or breastfeeding their babies, etc.
3. Personal and item inspection. If contraband or stolen goods are discovered, they shall be confiscated and sent to the People's Court for processing. If any materials are found that can be used for investigation and trial, they should be sent to the competent investigation and judicial authorities in a timely manner;
4. Fill out the "Prisoner Registration Form" for the inmates;
5. Send notice to offender's family. After a criminal is admitted to prison, the prison shall promptly notify his family members and issue a notification within 5 days after being admitted to prison.
